About the apprenticeship

Starting September 2024, we are looking for trainees as Fachinformatiker m/w/d Fachrichtung Systemintegration .

Responsibilities

• Managing IT infrastructure (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers, copiers, networks, etc.).
• Supporting colleagues in the IT department with administrative tasks and IT projects.
• Advising, supporting, and training colleagues in other departments on the selection and use of computers and networks.
• Analyzing and resolving issues with computers and networks.
• Creating documentation such as system documentation, user manuals, and online help guides.
• Participating in training sessions.

Candidate profile

• Successfully completed school education.
• Willingness to perform and enthusiasm for work.
• Interest in computers and modern technology.
• Confident, secure, and friendly demeanor.
• Careful work approach and proficiency with PCs.
