As a vehicle inspection engineer and appraiser, I want to give my customers the ability to fill out forms digitally in a simple way, sign them electronically, and upload supporting documents (e.g., photos or reports). The collected data should automatically be transferred into predefined PDF documents and later pushed into my industry software via an API. Goal The customer should be able to fill out a single digital form (accessible via a link sent through WhatsApp or email). The form should include text fields, upload functions (photos, PDFs, memos/audio), and a digital signature field. After submission, the entered data should automatically populate 2–3 predefined PDF documents (including the embedded signature). I should be able to add or edit additional data fields in the backend afterward. All finalized data should be transferred to my existing software via an API connection.
