Automation Engineer

Are you passionate about automation, IT infrastructure, and leading high-performing teams where you’ll drive technical innovation, guide our support team, and help our customers succeed through intelligent automation.



What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and mentor our support team—both technically and personally—taking ownership of team leadership responsibilities.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and automation.
• Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell for both internal systems and customer projects.
• Handle complex support issues with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with our development and marketing teams, contributing to content like blog posts, product documentation, and knowledge base articles.



What You Bring
• Proven experience in Automation Engineer or technical customer support, ideally with team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong PowerShell skills and a solid background in implementing automation workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Windows Server and Microsoft services
  • Azure AD, virtualisation, networking, and IT security
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
