Stellenbeschreibung:

We're looking for an automation specialist (Make.com) to build a robust workflow between Shopify POS and Pipedrive.

This automation should handle customer and deal management whenever a new order is placed in our Frankfurt boutique. Bonus points if you can integrate OpenAI to generate intelligent CRM notes and follow-up suggestions.


What Needs to Be Built
• ✅ Trigger:
  New order placed via Shopify POS Frankfurt (not online orders)


🔍 Logic:
Check if customer already exists in Pipedrive (Person level)

Based on email or phone number

If person exists:

Check if a Deal already exists (we want one Deal per customer only)

If Deal exists:

Add a Note to the Deal (purchase info)

Update custom field “Last Purchase Date”

If no Deal exists:

Create new Deal (Pipeline: "Boutique Frankfurt", Stage: "New Customer")

Set “Last Purchase Date”

Create an initial Activity for sales team: “Reach out to welcome client”

If person does NOT exist:

Create new Person

Create Deal (same as above)

Set Last Purchase Date

Create initial Activity


💡 Optional / Advanced (AI Add-On)
If you have OpenAI API experience, we’d love to:

Auto-generate internal Notes for each order, e.g.:
“Client purchased a 2ct tennis bracelet on July 7th. Possibly a gift for herself. Suggest inviting her in 6 months for a professional cleaning.”

Auto-suggest follow-up tasks (event invite, product care, cross-sell, etc.)
