 Job Description Summary 
 BD Rowa delivers state‑of‑the‑art automation systems that transform pharmaceutical intralogistics worldwide. As an Automation Solutions Engineer you will own requirements and solution management for international projects, focusing on process analysis, system integration, and the technical design of automation solutions. 
 Main Tasks & Responsibilities 
  - Lead requirements engineering and solution design for customer projects based on BD Rowa’s product, process, and interface standards. 
  - Develop tailored solutions, document performance, and present results to customers and stakeholders. 
  - Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Product Management, Project Leads, and international customers. 
  - Manage stakeholder alignment with third‑party vendors on system compatibility, data exchange, and security requirements. 
  - Apply strong process and system expertise to ensure high‑quality solutions and seamless integration. 
  - Identify optimization opportunities and provide structured feedback to Product Management. 
  - Drive knowledge transfer within the organization and contribute to continuous product and solution development. 
  - Report directly to the Team Lead Solution Design based in Kelberg, Germany. 
   
 Preferred Requirements 
  - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. 
  - Experience in planning, sales, or implementation of automation solutions in intralogistics or healthcare/pharmaceutical environments. 
  - Proven track record with technically complex, consultative products. 
  - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, hands‑on mindset. 
  - Experience in stakeholder management (focus on hospital pharmacies, IT, project management, operations). 
  - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international teams. 
  - Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken. 
  - Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%).
