Automic Senior Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant (Automic Automation) to help our clients implement, optimize and operate business-critical automation environments.

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, designing robust automation solutions, and providing expert-level implementation and operational support. To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience with Automic Automation (UC4) , a deep understanding of IT infrastructures and enterprise processes, and a proven track record in customer-facing project environments. If you also bring experience in scripting, integrations and cloud or hybrid automation landscapes, we’d be glad to get to know you.

Ultimately, you’ll help our clients run more efficiently and securely by designing reliable and scalable Automic environments — and you’ll contribute to shaping our professional services portfolio and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Automic Automation (UC4) , including installation, configuration, and customization in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of IT operations , job scheduling , and automation concepts
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles , ideally with project responsibility
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell , Bash , JavaScript , or Automic Script )
• Solid Java programming skills
• Ability to analyze complex systems and design scalable , secure automation architectures
• Strong communication skills in English; German or other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (depending on project and location)
