Avionics AIT Technician (m/f/d)  We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Avionics AIT Technician (m/f/d) to support the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced avionics systems for aerospace applications. Your Tasks  Install, route, and secure avionics hardware, wire harnesses, andelectrical interfaces based on engineering drawings and standards (ECSS,IPC, MIL-STD).  Perform mechanical and electrical integration of avionics units into testsetups and flight systems, ensuring shielding, grounding, strain relief,and EMC compliance.  Conduct functional, continuity, and end-to-end electrical tests usingdiagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators,and test benches.  Identify, isolate, and repair faults during integration and testingphases, supporting engineers in root-cause analysis and resolution.  Accurately log test data, integration steps, and quality observations inERP/work-order systems and dedicated technical documentation.  Follow work instructions, schematics, mechanical drawings, and cable liststo ensure consistent quality and configuration control.  Actively support process development, tooling trials, and feedback loopsto improve build efficiency and test reliability.   Your Qualifications  Completed technical training/apprenticeship in electronics, mechatronics,or avionics (or equivalent experience).  Experience in electrical integration, harness installation, or avionicsAIT in aerospace, aviation, defense, or high-tech industries.  Proficient in electrical testing and integration techniques; confidentwith common test tools and reading technical documentation (wiringdiagrams, BOMs, test plans).  Familiarity with aerospace standards such as IPC/WHMA‑A‑620, ECSS, or MIL-STDis a strong advantage.  Precision and quality awareness when handling flight hardware orsafety-critical components.  Fluent in English (spoken and written); capable of operating effectivelyin a fully English-speaking workplace.
