Overview:

We are seeking experienced contractors to support a time-sensitive migration from a virtual desktop provider to AWS AppStream. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AWS environments, automation via CloudFormation and PowerShell, and experience with Citrix DaaS platforms.



Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the migration of virtual desktops from a virtual desktop provider to AWS AppStream
• Configure and optimize AWS AppStream environments
• Automate infrastructure deployment using AWS CloudFormation
• Script and streamline operations using PowerShell
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption and a smooth cutover


Key Skills:
• AWS AppStream (strong hands-on experience required)
• Citrix DaaS (migration or support experience)
• AWS CloudFormation (infrastructure-as-code)
• PowerShell scripting (automation and deployment tasks)


Nice to Haves:
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with AWS WorkSpaces or similar VDI technologies
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills


Contract Details:

This is a full-time, contract, project-based role for about 1 month, with possible renewal based on project progress. Working hours:US-EST - 8 hours - at least from 9 to 2pm
