Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Terraform to help us design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure for our enterprise workloads. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic architecture experience and hands-on skills in Infrastructure-as-Code, ensuring our Azure environments are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.


Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Azure cloud architectures tailored to business and security requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Terraform modules for infrastructure deployment.
• Set up and manage Azure services such as VNets, AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Monitoring.
• Establish best practices for cloud governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide guidance on cost optimization, scalability, and operational efficiency in Azure.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.


Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect (5+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Networking, Identity (AAD), Security, and Monitoring.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized workloads.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud governance frameworks (policies, blueprints, RBAC, tagging).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.


Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones and Well-Architected Framework.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights).


Deliverables:
• Well-structured Terraform templates/modules for Azure services.
• Documentation of architecture decisions and deployment processes.
• Secure and scalable Azure reference architecture aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge transfer and best-practices documentation for internal teams.
