Lead Generation Specialist (German SME Mechanical/Industrial Sector)


Job Description:
We are Wandel, a blue-collar recruiting agency specialized in connecting skilled workers with German SMEs. We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to support us in generating high-quality B2B leads.


Your Responsibilities:

• Research German SMEs in the mechanical, technical, and industrial industries.
• Collect information about relevant job openings (e.g., electrician, mechatronics, industrial mechanics).
• Provide the following details in Google Sheets:
  • Company name
  • Link to company website
  • Link to job opening(s)
  • Phone number of decision-makers (e.g., HR Manager, Recruiting Lead, Technical Manager) regarding partnerships with recruiting agencies
• Follow our detailed instructions, including keywords for job openings and job titles of deciders.


Requirements:

• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Experience with lead generation and B2B research
• Familiarity with German SMEs and industries is a big plus
• Reliable, structured work style and ability to follow clear guidelines
• German language knowledge preferred but absolutely not necessary (to identify relevant job postings and company contacts)


Compensation:

• We pay per lead generated (price per lead negotiable).
• Long-term cooperation possible if results are consistent and high quality.
