B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d)

    Location: Hamburg (preferred), hybrid or remote with regular meetings in Hamburg.Salary: €60,000–80,000 fixed + €10,000–20,000 variable (OTE: up to €100,000). To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and take full ownership of key sales activities. Your ResponsibilitiesManage the full B2B sales cycle: from lead qualification and pitching to closing dealsOwn and grow client accounts – particularly within the strategy consulting sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with Managing Partners and C-level executivesCollaborate closely with our research teams to shape tailored, value-driven proposalsUse modern sales tools and technologies (CRM, automation, AI) to manage your pipeline efficientlySupport the Head of Sales in developing and refining sales strategies Your ProfileSeveral years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling services to consulting firmsConfident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers (C-level, Managing Partners)Proficient with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and ideally some experience with AI-driven toolsExperience in the market research or insights industry is a plus, but not requiredStructured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on client needsFluent in German and English, both written and spoken What We OfferCompetitive compensation package: €60,000–80,000 fixed salary + €10,000–20,000 in performance-based bonus (realistically achievable)A clear and transparent promotion path, inspired by leading consulting firms – typically every two years (faster for high performers)The opportunity to work with some of the most respected consulting firms globallyFlexible work setup: Hamburg office, hybrid, or remote with regular team meetupsA performance-oriented culture where your achievements are recognized – no politics, just impact Interested?We’d love to hear from you – feel free to reach out for an initial conversation.
