Was macht den Studiengang aus?
In deinem Studium wirst du nicht nur die Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaftslehre erlernen, sondern auch tiefergehende Einblicke in die angewandte Informatik erhalten. Du lernst, wie man IT-Lösungen für betriebliche Prozesse und die Informationsversorgung entwickelt und umsetzt und somit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu Digitalisierung und nachhaltiger Unternehmensentwicklung leistet.
Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

• Unser Ziel ist es, nachhaltige Lösungen für Heizung und Kühlung zu entwickeln. Hierzu sind entscheidende Emissionsreduzierungen im Gebäudebereich notwendig. Und das ist zukünftig auch dein Verdienst - als dual Studierender.
• Dabei unterstützt du unsere Abteilung "Controlling Process Excellence" intensiv in Fach- sowie Projektaufgaben und erhältst einen detaillierten Einblick in das operative Tagesgeschäft.
• Tauche ein in die Welt der Wirtschaftsinformatik und entwickle mit uns Prozesse und Datenanalysen des Controllings von morgen! Bei uns kannst du an spannenden IT-Projekten mitarbeiten und aktiv Prozesse mitgestalten. Dabei bist du in engem Austausch mit unseren verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, um die gesamte Prozesskette zu betrachten.
• Freue dich darauf, von einem:einer persönlichen Mentor:in aus unserem Top-Management sowie von unseren aktuellen Dual Studierenden begleitet zu werden.
• Motiviert durchläufst du vielfältige Stationen in verschiedenen Bereichen, unter anderem auch im Ausland möglich, die du individuell im Rahmen des Mentorings abstimmst.

• gutes mathematisches und IT-/ Programmier-Verständnis
• Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
• Belastbarkeit, Motivation und hohe Lernbereitschaft
• Flexibilität und Mobilität
• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
