Kaufmich Acquisition Squad is at the forefront of driving user growth. We optimize acquisition funnels, refine sign-up experiences, and create seamless, high-converting landing pages for our platforms. Every request, interaction, and millisecond of performance matters. As part of this squad, you will ensure the backend infrastructure powering these journeys is robust, scalable, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Own & Drive🔥
• Develop and optimize scalable backend services and APIs that serve millions of users.
• Architect and maintain high-quality system design with a focus on performance, stability, and security.
• Apply and promote engineering best practices, including TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Frontend Developers in the Acquisition Squad to deliver seamless growth-focused features.
• Ensure backend systems reliably support conversion funnels, sign-up flows, and landing pages with high reliability.
• Continuously improve backend performance, reduce technical debt, and scale infrastructure.


What You Need to Succeed 🏆
• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented PHP development and MVC frameworks.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Symfony, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• RESTful API Expertise – Strong knowledge of designing and building scalable APIs.
• Testing & Quality Focus – Proven track record with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines.
• Database Mastery – Deep expertise in SQL, with experience designing and optimizing databases under high concurrency.
• Caching & Performance – Solid experience with Redis, understanding its data structures and real-world use cases.
• Engineering Fundamentals & Tools – Proficiency with Git and Linux-based systems, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Agile & Collaborative – Experience working in Scrum teams and contributing to an iterative development process.
• Communication – Excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of clear technical and cross-team communication.


Bonus Points 🎁
• Background in B2C products, especially in high-growth startups, venture-backed scaleups, or AI-driven companies.
• Experience with Symfony 5 or 6 in production.
• Familiarity with Apache Solr and/or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture or distributed systems.
• Experience with Golang, React, Vue, or other frontend tech stacks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in technical communities.
