Product & Tech at Circle
We use technology to deliver hyper personalized care at scale. Practically, this is handled by circleOS, our proprietary experience management layer which integrates on top of existing PMS & other systems into one source of truth, streamlined for daily operations.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer to assist with building out circleOS, with a focus on APIs, databases and integration into existing systems. A key integration is Insuite, an existing PMS solution provided by a company called DocCirrus.

Your profile

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres
• Skilled in REST API design and cloud deployment
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Fluent in English; German a plus

Build Reliable Backends

• Design, develop, and maintain core backend services
• Implement REST APIs and integrations with external systems (e.g., DocCirrus)
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability

Optimize for Scale

• Improve architecture for future growth
• Drive best practices in deployment, monitoring, and automation

Team Up

• Work closely with frontend engineers and product teams
• Contribute to documentation and technical knowledge base
