Are you a skilled Backend Developer (m/f/d) passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing? Join our MarTech team and become a key player in shaping how we connect with our customers. You'll be the technical backbone, building robust integrations between Braze and Segment and creating powerful automations that supercharge our marketing operations. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll own projects from end to end, partnering with our marketing teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that have a real impact.

The role - Your passion

• Integrate and Build: Design and build backend systems that seamlessly connect Braze, Segment, and our CRM platforms.

• Create APIs: Develop robust APIs and webhooks for internal and external platform integrations.

• Ensure Reliability: Build resilient, event-driven integrations using AWS SNS and SQS to improve fault tolerance.

• Collaborate: Partner with marketing and CRM teams to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions.

What You Need to Surf the Wave with Us

• 3-5 years of backend development experience, with a focus on PHP/Symfony.

• Strong expertise in REST APIs and webhooks design and implementation.

• Proficiency with databases, including optimization techniques.

• A self-driven and collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.

• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

• A commitment to clean code, including SOLID principles and automated testing.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with MarTech platforms like Segment or Braze.

• Distributed messaging experience with SNS/SQS.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

• Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
