We are a modern, innovative, expanding craft business with approximately 2,000 employees in our service team in Polch, our bakeries in Polch and Lahnstein, and around 175 bakery retail stores across Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Hesse. To support our sales team, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as:

Your Profile:

• Preferably, you have completed vocational training as a baker (m/w/d), pastry chef (m/w/d), or chef (m/w/d). We also welcome career changers with experience in baking.
• You are enthusiastic about service and the gastronomy sector, enjoy interacting with customers, and baking is your passion.
• You are reliable, committed, and resilient.
• You are sociable and enjoy working in a team.

Your Tasks:

• You prepare various baked goods daily in our specialty store according to our quality standards using our modern in-store ovens.
• You support the sales team in selling our baked goods, providing competent advice and service to our customers.
• You handle cash register operations and cash reconciliations independently with our modern systems.
• You are responsible for maintaining hygiene and company standards, implementing them conscientiously.
