• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Bauingenieur*in (w/m/d) führen Sie Bauwerksprüfungen im Ingenieurbau nach DIN 1076 und Bauwerksprüfungen im Hochbau z. B. nach Standsicherheit VDI 6200 durch.
• Dabei agieren Sie eigenständig, d. h. Sie können sich die Prüfungen frei einteilen. Zu den Prüfungen fahren Sie mit Ihrem Dienstwagen, den Sie auch privat nutzen dürfen.
• Sie dokumentieren Ihre Prüfergebnisse in einem Prüfbericht, identifizieren auf dieser Basis frühzeitig Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsbedarf und tragen damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherheit bei.
• Für unsere Kund*innen sind Sie erste Ansprechperson zu Fragestellungen der Statik und Standsicherheit.
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, jedoch noch nicht über weitreichende praktische Erfahrungen im Einsatz an Gebäuden und Bauwerken? Kein Problem - Wir bilden Sie gerne über unser strukturiertes Mentoring-Programm zur*m Sachverständigen (w/m/d) aus!

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, gerne mit Vertiefung konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
• Mind. 4-jährige Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung, Bauwerksprüfung und /oder in der Erstellung von Schaden- sowie Sanierungsgutachten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im einschlägigen Normenwerk und den anerkannten Regeln der Technik
• Schwindelfreiheit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Führerschein Klasse B
