Bauleiter

1. Participate in customer docking, insight into customer needs and deliver to the project team;

2. Participate in the docking of related parties of the project, and assist in the maintenance of departmental relations and related work;

3. Deeply participate in the formulation of project delivery plan, conduct deviation analysis and measure formulation periodically;

4. Periodically learn relevant technical standards and construction technology at the site, and review process documents;

5. Assist to complete engineering quantity statistics and summary of engineering accounting items;

6. Participate in the initial and final inspection of the project, and control the project risk;

7. Organize internal training periodically and grow together with the project team;

8. Responsible for the connection between the administrative work of the project team and the platform of the headquarters;

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., telecommunications, civil engineering).
2. Valid driver's license recognized in Germany or EU.
3. Fluent in German (C1 level or equivalent, mandatory for client communication).
4. Must hold a valid work permit for Germany and willingness to travel occasionally within Germany/Europe.
