Your tasks

• Organizing construction workflows and coordinating all involved parties (clients, installers, subcontractors)
• Monitoring construction progress considering quality, costs, deadlines, and safety, including technical inspections and handovers
• Planning material supply and managing procurement
• Preparing necessary documents (e.g., construction schedule, measurements, delay notices, change orders, invoicing)

Your profile

• Completed training in metal or construction trades, ideally with further qualification as master or technician
• Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary trades
• Experience with DB AG is desirable
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license class B and willingness to travel
