Benefits Manager

About the Role

Our client is a global market leading industrial group a workforce of around 10.000 employees.

Their HR Team Germany is currently looking for a Benefits Manager (m / f / d) to be based in NRW (hybrid model, exact location to be disclosed).

In this position, you will contribute to harmonizing their HR processes, implementing their new Target Operating Model in the area of benefits, and serve as the point of contact for all benefit-related topics, with a focus on company pension schemes, long-term accounts, fleet management, etc. As part of the HR Team Germany, you will work closely with their international Benefits Team and have the opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact on the new organization and the alignment of their benefits and HR processes.

You will be the contact person and responsible for :

• Leading / supporting projects related to outsourcing services
• Market observation and stakeholder consulting
• Administration of German benefits programs and coordination of service providers
• Reporting / monitoring of relevant KPIs and internal / external audits with Finance / Payroll
• Communication with authorities and associations, Payroll, Finance, Global Benefits, and local stakeholders
• Employee support regarding company pension schemes, long-term accounts, fleet management, etc.

About You

Education

Studies with a focus on insurance and finance or an equivalent qualification.

Skills

• Solid knowledge of company pension schemes is essential
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style are crucial. You can derive and present appropriate recommendations for action.
• Fluent German and good English skills are required; additional languages are a plus
• Intercultural competence to represent Germany in international projects is desirable
