Responsibilities

• Overall head of Factoring Operations with approximately 32 staff across Forderungsmanagement, Zahlungsabwicklung, Mahnwesen und Projektsteuerung.
• Ensure efficiency and quality of billing processes and strategically develop the area technologically.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve rules, standards, methods and procedures within Factoring Operations.
• Set organization and area goals and plan and steer associated projects, including budget responsibility.
• Analyze and assess existing processes and systems; initiate and support optimization and digitalisation projects.
• Ensure professional project management in line with company‑wide standards.
• Responsible for statutory and regulatory compliance, documentation and reporting.
• Lead, promote and further develop staff in line with our leadership principles.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, finance management or health management (or equivalent).
• Many years of professional and leadership experience in Factoring, Forderungsmanagement or financial services.
• Fundamental knowledge in Forderungsmanagement with a focus on high-volume processing and solid accounting understanding.
• Experience with invoicing, payment processing and collection.
• Proficient in digitalisation and automation, ideally with KI‑supported applications.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills and the ability to critically examine and develop existing structures.
• Proficient with ERP systems and standard accounting software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, responsibility and solution orientation.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written.
