Stellenbeschreibung:

You will make an impact in the following way:


• Review project requirements, specifications, and drawings with experts to understand the scope of work and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks, challenges, and constraints associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution
• Evaluate project costs by analyzing materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotations and evaluate their capabilities for inclusion in the bid
• By working closely with our legal, technical and product organizations, you ensure the proposal is compliant from a technical, legal and commercial perspective
• From answering the first tender until the contract award, you work with the supporting functions required and ensure that the proposal is optimized in all aspects
• Present proposals to clients, participate in client meetings, and provide technical support to the sales team during negotiations and contract discussions


What you will bring:


• Education – Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the direction of Technical Business Administration, Engineering or similar
• Experience – 5+ years of experience in bid engineering in an industry relevant to our verticals
• Knowledge & skills – Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and relevant industry standards, proficiency in cost estimation techniques, project management concepts, and technical writing
• Personality – Detail-oriented and solutions-driven team player with strong analytical and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, assessing risks, and collaborating effectively with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
• Language – Fluency in English and German
