BIM / Space Manager

Project: Green Field project clean utility systems (ESMC Project)

Client: Engineering contractor

Start:

Duration: 12 months contract (through end of 2027)

Location: Dresden, Germany

Remote Work: Primarily on-site

Language: English & Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Participation in on-site space management meetings
• Coordination between the end customer, general contractor, and subcontractors
• Space management: Ensuring efficient planning
• Clash detection: Identifying and resolving conflicts between different trades
• Coordination of assemblies and support for design work
• Development of layouts and concepts

Requirements

• Relevant project experience as a freelancer in project management
• Fluent English speaker (must have)
• Proficient Mandarin speaker (must have)
• Good knowledge of tools like AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks
• Ideally, experience with or in the semiconductor industry
