Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping for the company
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients.

Requirements

• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Experience in setting up payroll for US-based companies is a must.
• Experience working in California-based companies is preferred.
• Expertise in establishing accounting or bookkeeping processes from the ground up is preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication.
