YOUR TASKS

• Monitor and control project costs, ensure adherence to the budget, and identify and implement cost‑saving opportunities
• Ensure contract‑compliant execution during the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
• Develop and coordinate detailed project plans in collaboration with site management – including scheduling and resource allocation
• Ensure that construction sites are equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Support BOP Supervisors in resolving construction issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between construction sites and other departments during the construction and preparation phases

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in civil engineering or a comparable field; equivalent professional experience will be considered
• Initial experience in managing construction projects, ideally in wind energy or infrastructure
• Strong skills in cost management and budget control
• Experience in developing and implementing project plans, including resource and risk management
• Strong analytical skills and quick problem‑solving abilities for construction‑related challenges
• In‑depth technical understanding of construction processes in wind energy, as well as relevant regulations and standards
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost control tools
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – for coordination with internal and external project stakeholders
• Fluent English skills (minimum B2–C1); additional language skills (Spanish, German) are an advantage
• A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position

Willingness to travel: You are ready to travel and work flexibly on‑site according to project requirements.
