Bot Development on GHL AI Automation



Timeline: Maximum 1 week
Budget: $500–700 (project-based)


We would like the project to be broken down into stages, with the first stage capped at $150.


Stage 1 (Initial MVP):
• The bot should register users and collect their name, phone, TG username, city, and email.
• All data should be stored in a Google Sheet.
• There should be the ability to send broadcasts to clients segmented by city.


It’s important to structure the solution so that additional features can be added later — for example, tags, lead scoring, and advanced segmentation. We know many of these functions are already supported by GHL/UChat, but we’d like to align this upfront to avoid paying extra for every small update.


About the project:
We are looking for an experienced developer in GHL AI Automation to create an intelligent bot powered by AI. The bot will:
• Communicate naturally with users
• Answer questions
• Send promotional content such as animated videos, books, event invitations, and more


Requirements:
• ✅ Proven experience with Bot API
• ✅ Integration with AI (OpenAI API or similar)
• ✅ Ability to set up message flows, user tagging, and basic analytics
• ✅ Experience with content promotion or marketing automation is a plus
