Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call on the phone - the first face they see when they walk in the door. You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

Role purpose

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and events

Role Requirements

  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor; process transactions and maintain client records
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor's direction; schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and update SOPs to support branch plans
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and other firm software
