What you can expect

As part of our Brand & Content team, you’ll play a key operational role in ensuring our creative and strategic initiatives run smoothly. This position is designed to strengthen our ability to produce high-quality content, manage partnerships, and execute events efficiently.

• Create & Manage Content: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and cataloging of digital content across multiple platforms. You’ll help streamline publishing workflows and support the repurposing of existing assets for new initiatives such as marketplace integrations.
• Coordinate Events: Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and collaborations that bring our brand to life.
• Engage the Community : Help manage our social media channels, monitor engagement metrics, and contribute to audience growth and interaction.
• Support Partnerships: Assist in executing influencer and brand collaborations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Ensure Smooth Project Execution: Provide operational and administrative support across projects to keep timelines, deliverables, and quality standards on track.

• You’re a highly organized multitasker with a hands-on mentality and a strong eye for detail.
• You bring experience in content coordination, project management, or marketing operations — ideally in a digital or brand-driven environment.
• You’re passionate about storytelling, community building, and brand engagement.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoy collaborating across teams.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• You’re proactive, reliable, and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the Chrono24 brand.
