We are looking for a Brand Engagement Manager role at the Chrono24 corporate team.

What You Can Expect

• Create & Manage Content: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and cataloging of digital content across multiple platforms. You’ll help streamline publishing workflows and support the repurposing of existing assets for new initiatives such as marketplace integrations.
• Coordinate Events: Support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and collaborations that bring our brand to life.
• Engage the Community: Help manage our social media channels, monitor engagement metrics and contribute to audience growth and interaction.
• Support Partnerships: Assist in executing influencer and brand collaborations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Ensure Smooth Project Execution: Provide operational and administrative support across projects to keep timelines, deliverables, and quality standards on track.

• You bring experience in content coordination, project management, or marketing operations – ideally in a digital or brand‑driven environment.
• You’re passionate about storytelling, community building, and brand engagement.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and enjoy collaborating across teams.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• You have a genuine passion for watches – understanding the world of timepieces is essential for this role.
• You’re proactive, reliable, and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the Chrono24 brand.
