Role Overview:

inait is seeking a meticulous and versatile Brand Execution Designer to ensure consistent and high-quality implementation of our brand across all digital and print materials. This role focuses on executing established brand guidelines rather than creating new brand identities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Figma, PowerPoint and Squarespace to create compelling and accurate design assets. You will act as a key liaison between the leadership team and external freelancers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of creative projects.



Responsibilities:
• Brand Execution:
  • Implement and maintain established brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and color palettes.
  • Adapt and format existing design assets for various platforms and purposes.
• Digital Design:
  • Create and manage content for Squarespace websites, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
  • Design digital assets for presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns using Figma.
  • Produce engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Print Design:
  • Prepare print-ready files for marketing collateral, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Leadership Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide clear and concise design updates to the leadership team.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Freelancer Management:
  • Liaise with external freelancers (video, photography, etc.) to ensure projects align with brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to freelancers.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality assets from Freelancers.
• Documentation and Organization:
  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
  • Create and update design documentation and style guides as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a brand execution or design role.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong proficiency in Squarespace, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices for both digital and print.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the use of project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing freelance workers.
• A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the AI or technology industry.
• Familiarity with neuroscience or related scientific fields.
