Your Role
Are you looking for an exciting career in Brand Management? At P&G, Brand Management teams shape the vision and strategy behind each brand. You will create meaningful and sustainable brand experiences for consumers and lead the masterplans behind product and commercial innovations as well as marketing elements across all media. You will develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights, including out-of-the-box ideas to attract new brand users and pilot campaigns on new social media platforms.
Within Brand Management, you may join one of three teams: Commercial Operations for a brand or category, Brand Operations for marketing touchpoints across many categories, or Sales for marketing plans across categories for a specific customer. Responsibilities
- From Day 1, manage your own business and translate ideas into action.
- Lead masterplans for product and commercial innovations and manage marketing elements across all media.
- Develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to leverage consumer, shopper, and customer insights (including ideas to attract new users and pilot campaigns on new platforms).
- Collaborate within the Brand Management function across different teams and marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications
- You have, or will have, completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive for leadership and a passion for Brand Management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Skilled in making complex decisions using data, while also trusting judgment and instinct.
- Proficient in English and a solid command of German.
- Short work experience, internships, and studies abroad are a plus.
- More than 2 years of work experience after university graduation (excluding internships) is required for this role.
