Job Description

Spin Master is a leading global children's entertainment company, creating exceptional play experiences through its three creative centres: Toys, Entertainment, and Digital Games. With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is known for brands like PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand, Air Hogs, Hatchimals, Rubik’s Cube, and GUND, and holds licensing for other popular properties.

What will you work on?

The Brand Manager will be part of the GAS Marketing Team based in Munich, working on marketing execution and promotional activities of Spin Master’s brand portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that requires managing a diverse team of cross-functional peers.

How will you create impact?

The Brand Manager is responsible for:

• Developing and managing the marketing plan for assigned brands, including strategy, positioning, creative briefs, market research, advertising, in-store POP, PR, licensing, e-commerce, and targeted outreach.
• Forecasting: Recommending annual forecasts for SKUs based on market analysis, collaborating with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales teams.
• Managing financial aspects: costing, pricing, P&L, budgeting, SKU rationalization, and profitability analysis.
• Participating in sales presentations and providing sales tools for brand sell-in.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand, and Finance teams.

What are your skills and experience?

• Strong marketing acumen with experience in developing and executing marketing plans, proven brand growth, and sales results.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
• Creative with strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive, result-oriented, eager to learn and exceed expectations.
• A team player willing to succeed collaboratively, open to learning and sharing knowledge.
• Experienced in working within complex matrix organizations, managing multiple stakeholders across geographies.
• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• 2-3 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in the toy industry, kid-related industries, or FMCG.
• Knowledge of various marketing tactics and full product development cycle experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and content management systems.
• Native in German and fluent in English.
