Brand Partnership Manager - Beauty & Healthcare - Munich

Responsibilities

Own client relationships with major beauty & healthcare companies, increase product adoption and develop scaled solutions.
Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market.
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvements for product, process and client relationships.
Analyze campaign performance to provide feedback on optimized media solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience.
Fully fluent and written English & German language communication skills are mandatory to communicate with local clients.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a Media Sales/Partnerships role.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital marketing funnel - specifically performance marketing.
Good knowledge of the beauty or healthcare industry landscape.
Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills.

Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders.
