About Us
Dr. Lucas is a rising bespoke luxury suit brand with the ambition to rival SuitSupply and Enzo Custom. Our philosophy is rooted in “Wear Your Story” — each suit we craft is more than fabric, it’s a personal narrative. With a launch date set for September 15, we are looking to position Dr. Lucas as a premium, globally-inspired brand that blends Togetherness, Energy, Awareness, and Meaning (T.E.A.M.) into every design.
We already have a dedicated website designer and social media strategist in place. Now, we’re looking for a Brand & PR Launch Manager to orchestrate the storytelling, communications, and partnerships that will make our launch truly unforgettable.
Role Overview
The Brand & PR Launch Manager is the stage manager of our launch. Your mission is to ensure Dr. Lucas is not just seen, but celebrated as a luxury movement. You will shape how our brand is introduced to the world — making September 15 feel like more than a store launch, but a cultural moment in luxury fashion.
Responsibilities
Launch Campaign Execution – Develop and execute a launch campaign that feels like an event (virtual showcase, online premiere, or press-driven reveal).
PR & Media Outreach – Pitch to fashion magazines, luxury blogs, wedding/lifestyle publications, and local press in Chicago, NYC, and international markets.
Email Marketing – Create polished, high-converting launch emails and newsletters that reflect a luxury aesthetic.
Strategic Partnerships – Secure collaborations with stylists, wedding planners, influencers, and luxury lifestyle brands.
Event & Experience Design – Even if primarily online, create a launch experience that positions Dr. Lucas as an exclusive, story-driven brand.
Messaging & Coordination – Ensure all communications (press, social, email, partnerships) are aligned and consistent with the Dr. Lucas story.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing brand launches, PR, or luxury campaigns.
Strong network or ability to connect with media outlets, stylists, and lifestyle influencers.
Deep understanding of luxury branding and emotional marketing.
Skilled in communications, storytelling, and partnership building.
Able to work independently yet collaboratively with our social media strategist and website designer.
Deliverables (By Launch – Sept. 15)
A cohesive launch campaign plan executed across PR, email, and partnerships.
At least 3–5 media placements or features (press, blogs, or luxury outlets).
A launch event angle (virtual showcase, online premiere, or PR-driven reveal).
A polished email marketing sequence for pre-launch hype and launch day.
2–3 strategic partnerships or collaborations secured.
Post-launch report on traction and press coverage.
