Overview

For our Breitling Flagship Boutique in Munich, we seek a Boutique Manager (d/m/w) to strengthen our existing squad.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and motivate the boutique team.
• Plan staffing, steer business operations, control financial KPIs, and generate reports.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including organisation and execution of Smart and networking events.
• Advise national and international customers professionally in the boutique.
• Drive sales of exclusive collections independently.
• Design attractive displays and present high‑quality products in line with brand image.
• Consult in after‑sales and coordinate the after‑sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a store manager in luxury goods, watches & jewellery, lifestyle products, or similar.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high results orientation, strong responsibility.
• Affinity for luxury products, fashion and lifestyle.
• Understanding of appealing presentation techniques.
• English or other foreign languages advantageous.
• Excellent manners, polished appearance, confident presence.
• High teamwork and social competence with strong service mentality and communication skills.
