Job Overview

Hi! I’m looking for an experienced Bubble developer to build a web-based client portal for my recruitment platform, HUMNai. The goal is to create a clean, professional, and interactive portal where hiring managers can view job positions, track candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback — all in one place.




Key Features (Phase 1 – MVP)

• Dashboard / Home Page: Overview of jobs and candidate counts.
• Candidate Pipeline: View all candidates per job, move them through stages (New → Interview → Offer → Hired).
• Candidate Profile Page: Show candidate info (CV, skills, stage, notes/feedback).
• Scheduling Placeholder: Allow clients to schedule interviews (AI or full calendar integration can come later).
• Basic Styling: Clean, minimal, branded to my colors and fonts.
• Responsive Design: Desktop-first, but mobile-friendly.



Optional / Phase 2 Features

• Animated assistant (NaiNai) giving updates and prompts.
• AI-driven scheduling suggestions.
• Feedback automation and notifications.



Requirements

• Strong experience with Bubble.io
• Able to create custom workflows and dynamic databases
• Experience with SaaS dashboards, pipelines, and user management
• Attention to UI/UX design and responsive layouts
• Clear communication and ability to follow specifications



Deliverables

• Fully functional MVP portal on Bubble
• Database structure with Jobs, Candidates, Clients, and basic workflows
• Documentation for future updates
