Office & Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Bist du verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Büroalltag — von Infrastruktur, Wartung und Sicherheit bis hin zu einem großartigen Mitarbeitererlebnis.

Deine Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen, dass unsere Büroinfrastruktur einwandfrei funktioniert, inklusive Wartung, Reparaturen und Koordination externer Dienstleister
• Hauptansprechpartner:in für Vermieter, Lieferanten und Partner
• Organisation der Reinigungsabläufe und Schulung des Onsite-Teams
• Umsetzung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie regelmäßige Risikoanalysen
• Unterstützung bei Renovierungs‑ und Verbesserungsprojekten (Zeitplan, Budget, Abstimmung mit Teams)
• Verwaltung von Bürobedarf, Pantry und Bestellungen
• Koordination arbeitsmedizinischer Dienste und Gesundheitsinitiativen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Employee Experience Team, um Komfort und Zufriedenheit am Arbeitsplatz weiter zu steigern

Was du mitbringst

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Office-, Facility- oder Workplace-Management
• Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
• Sicherer Umgang mit Verträgen und internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Legal, Procurement)
• Hands‑on‑Mentalität und Freude an operativen Themen
• Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit und Gebäudekompliance in Deutschland
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
