Overview

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape user-focused digital solutions by analysing requirements and fostering effective collaboration across teams. This hybrid role offers the chance to support the full product lifecycle in a flexible and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers in developing user-friendly interfaces and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyse requirements, define use cases, and write clear user stories.
• Drive the process from requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in designing visual concepts and user interface specifications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for users.

What You Bring

• A relevant degree (ideally IT-focused) or certification such as IREB.
• Familiarity with modelling languages like UML or BPMN is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in German, with good English proficiency.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with creativity and attention to detail.
