We’re hiring a Business Analyst for a high-growth company operating at the intersection of digital commerce and consumer-facing tech. Think fast-paced scale-up, ambitious growth targets, and real opportunity to shape the business — not just report on it.

You’ll be joining a company backed by major players in tech and media, with multiple brands under one roof — including a fast-scaling digital lottery business and a fresh-thinking consumer product brand. The structure is growing, but lean — so there’s real room to make your mark.

Business Analyst - must have start up /scale up experience!!

Hamburg (Hybrid – ideally 1x/week in office)

What you’ll be doing

Be the go-to Business Analyst close to leadership and strategy, not buried in dashboards
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities across departments
Help shape and prioritise the data roadmap, working with program managers and data engineers
Translate KPIs into clear, actionable insights and communicate them across the business
Support not just one stakeholder — but the wider company, helping everyone make better decisions

What we’re looking for

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
MUST HAVE Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company — ideally from startup to maturity
A business-first mindset — you’re not just analysing for insight’s sake, you want to drive impact
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Someone who is energised and hungry
E-commerce or consumer tech background is a plus, but not essential
