About The Job We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join Sachidanand Shukla's Team. Reporting to the Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional Product Development Teams, Product Owners, and Business Units. Bringing your experience, innovative ideas, and creative thinking, you'll help the team develop outstanding digital products and services (API, mobile, and web). Your focus will be on delivering business value, creating seamless customer experiences, and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define functional specs and user stories by analyzing user needs and existing API capabilities.
• Design REST APIs and model processes and entities with UML.
• Manage API backlog, set priorities, and coordinate delivery via Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain clear API docs and user guides on the developer portal.
• Run acceptance tests, manage access/onboarding in Apigee Edge, and improve the developer portal.

Bring to the team

• Excellent external and internal stakeholder management within a cross-functional team
• Proven experience working in digital product or services development (mobile or web), experience in working as part of agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to work in a holistic approach, considering business and technical processes end-to-end
• Fluency in business English, strong communicator and team player
