Business Analyst

About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of our partner — a fast-growing company driven by data and strategic decision-making.
They are now looking for a Business Analyst who will transform data into insight and help shape smarter decisions across teams.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
• Build dashboards and visual reports that drive business insight
• Continuously optimize processes based on data findings

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or data-related roles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in English
• Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude
