Key Activities

• Analyze business processes and IT requirements to support digital project management.
• Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and validate solution effectiveness.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed specifications.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Functional Skills

• Strong business acumen and process modeling experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in requirements definition and management.
• Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills.

Technical Skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of system integration and computing environments.
• Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security and delivery best practices.
• SQL, BI Tools

Extra Credit

• Experience in digital customer experience, CRM, or CDP platforms.
• User research and automated testing experience.
• Multilingual and global implementation exposure.

Behavioral Skills

• Analytical thinking and prioritization.
• Adaptability and change management.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience or master's degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Product Owner / Business Analyst certification preferred.
