Your role in the team

As a Business Analyst you will analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop and support digital solutions within the context of our rental and business model.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for process-related requirements in the assigned area.
Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of agreed features or process changes.
Support the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and applications within a dynamic working environment.

What we expect from you

Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills.
Several years of experience in E-Procurement, FinTech, or Supplier Management.
Ideally experience in systems such as SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, or similar solutions.
Understanding of digital value chains and knowledge of rental- or subscription-based business models.
Experience in preparing and structuring requirements in the form of User Stories, Epics, or process models.
Technical understanding, particularly regarding system configuration and integration.
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
