Your key role

Develop new digital solutions in the field of life insurance as a connector between business and IT.

• Analyze business processes: You will examine existing processes in the area and identify optimization potential that others overlook
• Manage expectations: You will record the requirements of the specialist departments, participate in deciding which needs have priority, and actively shape the solution path—from the initial idea to the final implementation
• Develop solutions: As part of an international project team, you will design forward-looking concepts that optimally combine technological innovations (such as GenAI) with economic goals
• Create requirements: With clear use cases and meaningful user stories, you will provide our developers with a reliable basis, thus ensuring sustainable implementation
• Advancing technologies: You keep an eye on current developments, evaluate their potential, and develop compelling business cases for new digital solutions

Your profile

With your analytical mindset, you transform visions into clear concepts.

• Technical foundation: You have a university degree in economics, computer science, or insurance, or you have professional experience in a comparable field
• Methodological expertise: You have experience in the systematic analysis of requirements and the modeling of business processes, and you are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Drive for innovation: You keep your finger on the pulse of digital developments and can translate abstract trends (such as GenAI) into concrete business opportunities, inspire teams, and drive new solutions forward
• International team spirit: You communicate clearly in German and English, bring together different perspectives in international project teams, and create shared experiences of success
• Growth mindset: You see challenges as opportunities and are constantly developing yourself further
