Business Analyst - Data & Pricing (E-Commerce) (m/w/d)

Location: Munich, immediately, full- or part-time.

We are MYPOSTER, an E-Commerce company with a tech focus, producing personalized photo products in Germany. Our team of over 400 combines software development, product design, and digital manufacturing in an agile environment. We create inspiring photo products with smart processes and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze data from ad-hoc insights to dashboards and reports, providing clear recommendations.
Manage pricing strategies: analyze elasticities & margins, implement measures, evaluate effectiveness.
Explore contribution margins, growth opportunities, upsell & cross-sell potential, proactively bring ideas.
Work with our data stack (BigQuery, SQL, Python) to develop our data strategy and infrastructure.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, RooCode) to enhance analysis and develop data-driven approaches.
Promote our data culture, integrating data into daily business processes.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams, and advise management.

Qualifications

At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in Data Analytics/Pricing, preferably in B2C.
Proficient in SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and modeling.
Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
Experience in E-Commerce or data-driven environments is a plus.
Hands-on, innovative, process-oriented mindset.
Fluent in German (C1 or higher), with strong presentation skills.
