Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and specify customer requirements: Analyze systems and processes, specify customer requirements, and assess technical feasibility, considering potential interactions and relationships. Participate actively in customer meetings.
• Consult on insurance software architecture: Collaborate with clients to develop domain architecture concepts for our insurance software products.
• Create concepts and guidelines: Responsible for developing cross-product domain concepts and architectural guidelines.
• Technical support: Assist in the technical implementation of the created guidelines.
• Point of contact: Act as the technical contact within the project team.

Your Profile

• Educational background: Completed insurance-related training/studies or comparable professional experience.
• Industry knowledge: Several years of experience in commission environments and broker management within a primary insurer.
• Additional experience: Experience in project work and preferably in software development.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to abstract.
• Language skills: Excellent German skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level).
