Responsibilities

• Gather & Document Requirements: Collect functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current workflows to identify areas of improvement or automation.
• Develop Use Cases & Models: Create flowcharts, wireframes, and user stories to visualize requirements.
• Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure proper implementation.
• Support Testing: Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare Reports & Dashboards: Provide actionable insights through data visualization and performance reports.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
• Change Management: Support teams and users during process or system transitions.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain clear communication and manage expectations to ensure business objectives are met.
