About the Role

In this key position, you will be part of our dynamic, innovative team. Your mission: streamline, automate, and scale our processes using modern tools and your expertise. You will develop automation strategies, implement tools, and enhance operational efficiency, focusing on replacing repetitive tasks with smart automation solutions using No-/Low-Code tools like Make, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate, as well as programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive automation strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and utilize automation tools and programming languages to design, implement, and optimize solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify efficiency improvements through automation.
• Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Use data analytics to measure effectiveness and generate reports on automation KPIs.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices, continuously seeking process improvements.
• Collaborate with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors for successful automation initiatives.
• Critically evaluate and improve current processes, developing innovative ideas for greater efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, with over 2 years of experience in automation or process improvement.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Make, Zapier, UiPath, and programming in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to integrate systems via APIs and other methods to ensure seamless automation.
• Team-oriented mindset with proactive responsibility-taking.
• Fluent in German; English skills are a plus. Additional languages are advantageous.
