Position Title:Business Coach Position Type:Leased labor employee or Freelancer Start Date:ASAP Location:Frankfurt, remote or hybrid Contact:Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities:Identifying client needs and business development opportunitiesCreating business plans and providing market feedbackAdvising on go-to-market strategies and revenue growth initiativesSupporting implementation of business strategies and branding effortsParticipating in relevant industry events and forumsCollaborating with company contacts where needed to ensure alignmentMonitoring competitors and advising on strategy alternatives Qualifications:At least more than 2-3 years business development experience of IT solution selling in manufacture/ Financial / Gov / ISP industry .Technical Background in IT, having knowledge with Storages, Networks, Clouds and typical applications in Enterprise Environment.Experience in working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new businessFluency in German and English is a must.Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads、Accept business trips, mainly within GermanyMust be eligible to work within the EU
