Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Coordinator (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the department in accordance with Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Maintain and test these plans to ensure they remain valid and effective.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and test IT Disaster Recovery processes.
• Report on the status of all plans and promote awareness of policies and standards.
• Work closely with IT Vendor Management and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Business Continuity within the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery and fallback/failover processes.
• Certifications such as Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Disaster Recovery Institute (CBCP), or similar.
• Understanding of ISO 22301 and international Business Continuity standards.
• Experience in crisis and incident management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like DORA.
